The international car dealer runs its business with Business Central and the HRM4Baltics solution. For more than 30 years, Amserv has been building a network of car service and sales, providing customers with high-quality support.

Amserv Group is one of the largest car sales and service groups in the Baltic States. Amserv has been operating in the market for more than 30 years. During that time, it has sold almost 35,000 new Toyotas and serviced more than 140,000 cars. In Estonia, the company is the representative of the Toyota and Lexus brands. Amserv Group has a total of 8 dealerships in the Baltics.

Amserv utilises Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as an ERP solution, interfaced with the Automaster specialised solution.  The HRM4Baltics payroll and human resource management solution has been deployed into Business Central as well. The functionality of the system is divided into three packages that ensure the smooth operation of processes, meeting the needs of the company in various areas: working time accounting, payroll accounting, human resource management.
