Challenges

  • Previous ERP system did not provide solutions in all the required areas
  • Prior to the deployment of HRM4Baltics, an IT problem resulted in the loss of most of the latest payroll data, meaning that the deployment had to be completed in less than a month

  • Interface with Outlook – information about holidays and birthdays from the payroll solution to the Outlook calendar
