The HRM4Baltics payroll and HRM solution is based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP platform. It is the fastest-updating solution available, offering users at least two new versions per year.

Interfaces

  • Business Central is the international ERP software on which the HRM4Baltics solution is based. Since it operates on the same platform, the HRM4Baltics solution is fully integrated with Business Central and does not require a separate interface.

    HRM4Baltics and Business Central form a comprehensive solution, offering the user a unified experience and seamless integration.

  • Interface with Business Central’s external online self-service portal, the use of which does not require Business Central user licences. The self-service portal allows employees to manage their data, submit holiday applications, view payslips, etc.

  • X-Road is a data exchange platform that enables the secure request and exchange of information with various authorities in Estonia. The use of X-Road interfaces requires the X-Road Security Server.

    Data exchange:

    • Employment Register – forwarding the employee’s employment data (start, end, suspension) to the ETCB Employment Register
    • Health Insurance Fund – requesting employees’ certificates of incapacity for work from the Health Insurance Fund and confirming certificates for sick leave for the Health Insurance Fund
    • Form TSD – submission of form TSD to ETCB
  • Online business software created in Estonia – finance, sales, production.

    Data exchange:

    • Request dimensions and projects to be transmitted from Directo software into the HRM4Baltics solution
    • Transfer payroll entries from the HRM4Baltics solution into Directo general ledger accounts

    * The HRM4Baltics solution is a standard interface, but the interface may require additional configurations by Directo.

  • International HRM software with a self-service portal.

    Data exchange:

    • Synchronise employee master data from HiBob software into the HRM4Baltics solution
    • Synchronise employee contract and employment data from HiBob software into the HRM4Baltics solution
    • Synchronise employee remuneration data from HiBob software into the HRM4Baltics solution
    • Transfer employee holiday data from HiBob software into the HRM4Baltics solution

    The purpose of the interface is to transfer to the HRM4Baltics solution the minimum amount of data necessary to process the employee’s payroll.

    As HiBob software allows users to create fields of their choice, the interface may require additional configurations depending on the specific needs of the client.

  • An e-learning platform that supports the digitalisation of training, training process management, and employee feedback.

    Data exchange:

    • Synchronise employees from the HRM4Baltics solution to Coursy software
    • Request to transfer the number of hours spent in training from Coursy into the HRM4Baltics solution
  • A versatile and user-friendly software solution for managing working hours, holidays, and HR tasks. The software enables the management of employee working time (incl. logging working hours with card swipes or through an app) and provides essential self-service portal functionalities such as accessing data and submitting holiday requests.

    Data exchange:

    • Synchronise employees from the HRM4Baltics solution to Wemply software
    • Transfer of employees’ working time (both times and working hours) from Wemply into the HRM4Baltics solution
    • Synchronise employee absences across two solutions (certificates of incapacity for work from HRM4Baltics to Wemply, holidays from Wemply to HRM4Baltics)
  • Professional application for planning and calculating working time, meeting the requirements of Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian labour legislation.

    Data exchange:

    • Synchronise employees from the HRM4Baltics solution to Stafflogic software
    • Transfer employees’ working hours from the Stafflogic software to the HRM4Baltics solution
    • Synchronise employee absences across two solutions (certificates of incapacity for work from HRM4Baltics to Stafflogic, holidays from Stafflogic to HRM4Baltics)
  • Occupational health and safety software.

    Data exchange:

    • Synchronise employees from the HRM4Baltics solution to Vits software
  • A portal for submitting tax statements to the Norwegian Tax Administration.

    Data exchange:

    • Forwarding the Norwegian statement for wages and labour taxes (a-melding) from HRM4Baltics to Altinn
